Terms of Use

1. Free public beta

MeritRush currently provides free skill practice and a free Daily Challenge. Public beta features may be changed, paused or withdrawn while the service is tested and improved.

2. No paid entry in this release

The public beta does not accept payment for competition entry. Prize competition pages may show planned or test configuration, but checkout remains disabled until separate payment, rules and launch gates are completed.

3. Eligibility and accounts

The current account design is for people aged 18 or over in England, Scotland and Wales. You must provide accurate account information, keep your credentials secure and use only your own account.

4. Daily Challenge

The Daily Challenge is free and provides one official daily score per account. Daily rankings and percentile-style comparisons are for the public beta challenge only and do not create an entitlement to a prize or cash payment.

5. Skill scoring and fair play

Gameplay scores are calculated by the server-authoritative skill engine. Automation, tampering, exploiting defects, manipulating client timing, account sharing or other attempts to gain an unfair advantage may result in a score being removed or an account being restricted.

6. Shared results and referrals

If you create a share link, your display name, Daily Challenge score, date, rank/percentile information and referral link may be visible to anyone who receives that link. Referral counts are informational during the public beta and do not create a cash or prize entitlement.

7. Future prize competitions

Any future paid prize competition will have its own published eligibility, price, opening/closing dates, limits, prize configuration and rules. Those paid terms are not activated by this free-beta document.
